Pros

Excellent benefits package and a nice environment to work in. Feels like a community where everyone knows each other. Lots of opportunities to change roles/departments.

Cons

Can sometimes lack professionalism and loses something from not being based in the City with its peers.

Pros

The firm seems to be well positioned for growth within industry and has been climbing rankings both in AUM and other measures.

Cons

The firm is going through growing pains as it continues to shift from the model of a group of boutiques to acting like a large global firm. Much of this transition is complete.
