Pros

lots of opportunity for bonus, and for additional movement.

Cons

heavy "favorites" politics, little room given for training of employees that were merged in. Lower management was receptive to our request for help and additional training, but middle and upper level management was only concerned with telling us what a wonderful company we had joined, and blaming us for the failures of their oversight in the merger. Over 70% of the acquired talent was terminated within 6 months of the merger completion... and turnover with Invesco has always been high.
