Pros

Salary is comparable to industry; Benefits are above norm; people are great to work with.

Cons

Currently going through a phase of "lean and mean", unsettled environment, but expect this to flatten out and go back to a positive place to work at.

Pros

Open environment with reach to staff at other locations, a few very experienced set of Senior Global Managers (i'm sure its b'cos of such ppl that the company still exists else!!!)

Cons

Initially i thought this was a good move for me, but i think that was my worst decision ever. Although the reporting line goes directly under the global managers, local managers never consult the global managers and take their own decisions. Needless to mention that employees are least heard. All Administrative Support functions dont have their mouths and do what is asked to do by the local senior management - kind of slavery. Although the company is global, every region has different processes and Hyd team has to adapt to the regional process
