Pros
If you are looking for a slow and peaceful life. If you are fine with slow growth but job security, this is the place to be. Relaxing environment to work for, not too many challenges. Business as usual is appreciated.
Cons
Cannot challenge the status quo. If you are a go getter, this is not the place for you. In principle they propagate meritocracy, but in reality, change is frowned upon. They want you to follow the pied piper. Not rock the boat. If you do that, obviously growth is stinted.
