      Pros

      A very good place to work. Less Politics and more transparent. Skill is very well recognized and rewarded. Any grievances regarding work and management can be directly expressed and it is received well. Special Club for improving communications => Toast Masters. Also there are cells which encourage sports, reading, and other Arts. A Good Place to work.

      Cons

      Still in the process of building a concrete organization structure Lack of Infrastructure for outdoor sports, lawns and open space.
