Cons

no job title and flat structure which would be a good thing if it didn't lead managers to actually don't manage. This creates a strange and chaotic culture where randomness, unnecessary power struggles and unhealthy conflicts appear.

- Fantastic opportunity for the right individuals - Great work / life balance (people leave the office at 6pm latest, and hardly any email traffic at weekends!) - Early stage of digital transformation - New CMO much needed and adding great value within the marketing team and wider business

Cons

- For some people, the entrepreneurial structure and environment won't work well. For the right individual, they'll thrive
