Pros

Very Collaborative, people are encourage to think outside the box and get involved Currently a good mix of working from home/office

Cons

Wages have always been average at best, but usually makes up for it with bonus, pay rises and bonuses have been near to non-existent over the past three years and there is a overwhelming feeling that should this continue it will result in talent loss. I personally feel that they are banking on job security as being a overriding factor over pay rises (or lack off)

Pros

There are some great people that have been loyal and given many good years to the bank You will go far if you are a male South African or if you are a relative, friend, neighbour, second cousin twice removed etc....................................... you get the picture!

Cons

Don't bother with HR as they will never respond to you. Investec can't see talent and potential even if it hit them in the face. There is no career progression. Bullying and discrimination is rife amongst certain areas. Management do not listen to anyone apart from themselves. Investec loves a sherka! KPI's - what KPI's?
