      Pros

      Great, relaxed work environment. Very intelligent colleagues. Work life balance. Great place to work. With hindsight, I should never have left!

      Cons

      There are no real cons. They treat their staff so well, mid year and Xmas parties are immense, team off sites twice a year, they hire well and they keep their staff.

      Pros

      Great Culture - Flat structure, good to their staff on remuneration and training. Innovative and exciting environment. Freedom to operate, often doesn't feel like a bank.

      Cons

      Its a competitive environment and culture is VERY important, you won't last if you don't fit in. There are a lot of silos in the operation, not a lot of collaboration.
