      - Work-life balance - Freedom to work with no restrictions or ceiling - Flat hierarchy - even the CEO is approachable to hear out opinions and suggestions - Good people to work with - the culture is friendly but professional - People perspective esp. flexibility of work timings when genuinely needed.

      Cons

      Since it's a growing organisation, similar to any other org, it had its fair share of challenges, which were dislikes for me back then have been addressed over time. Currently everything going smooth and no complains.

      Pros

      Investec has been a genuinely great place to grow. What stands out most is the people — there's a real sense of respect and support across teams, and Leaders actually take the time to listen and invest in your development. The culture encourages you to bring your whole self to work and to think independently rather than just follow a rulebook. I've felt trusted, valued, and given room to take ownership of meaningful work. If you're looking for a workplace that balances high standards with a genuinely human culture, Investec is hard to beat.

      Cons

      Honestly hard to find major cons. There's always plenty to do, which means you're constantly learning and rarely bored — a good problem to have.

      Pros

      Good work culture with the freedom to take ownership and contribute ideas. Plenty of learning opportunities through trainings and workshops. Exposure to global teams and opportunities to travel to the UK and South Africa for work. The company also encourages participation in sports and other extracurricular activities.

      Cons

      No major concerns. There is always scope to simplify a few internal processes, but overall it has been a positive experience.
