Great exposure, lots of deal flow Boutique feeling Casual office, you can easily be friends with folks as there are no formal offices Trading floor style Juniors get a lot of responsibility real fast

Cons

Very overwhelming work load Too much to do with too little staff so working until midnight often Lots of churn at the analyst level Back office processes are slow and dependent on UK Operations
