The culture of meritocracy, open and honest dialogue, and a flat structure has enabled myself and my colleagues to thrive, deepen our passion for our areas of interest, and support the business to do more with regards to sustainability. Through the many learning courses, networking opportunities, and volunteering experiences I have felt empowered to bring my whole self to work and to always strive to do more for the business.
