      Pros

      Caring and supportive culture encourages you to be yourself, good work/life balance (for a bank), good pay and benefits, opportunity to move around the bank and trying new things is openly encouraged

      Cons

      Flat structure /lack of job titles, too many structure changes meant a tough 2020 for many people in the business
