Rely heavily on closed-source tech. Not good for job experience. Not very cohesive company culture. Very little room for growth and development when feeling stagnant

Brilliant culture, tons of technologies to learn and work with, competitive salary, flat structure, can literally walk up to any leader or boss and talk. my Team was welcoming and understanding of the fact that it would take me time to grasp things

Cons

Every tiny thing is has designated people and roles and permissions. Which can drag the process a bit.
