Pros

Most of the people here are easy going and nice to work around.

Cons

- They will hire you on terms that are false. Make sure you get everything on contract so you can force them to do something about it when they don't live up to the expectations set upon your hire. -They make you buy all your own tools while making you earn less than anywhere else in the industry. - They set rules that nobody follows. - They say they are committed to safety but there's countless times where we can't even avoid drawing our blood for this job because proper metal working ppe isn't being purchased within the company and instead we are forced to buy our own. For example, they do not provide cut gloves let alone enough gloves. - They allow so much miscommunication all over across the board. - anti-union so nothing will ever change.

Pros

Compensation was great, but they slowly began to pull back on these values to save money. Environment was fine to a certain degree. Clean facilities and comfortable work space. Safety was pretty good as well. 401k and match was healthy

Cons

Health Insurance not very good. There was barely any leadership. Lack of adequate teamwork across business entities. Work began to dull. Some team-members including leadership were too young for crucial positions of the business ultimately affecting the validity of decision-making. Process control was not very good as there were consistent quality issues. Customer happiness was "fair" at best as there were decisions made to hold back support costing greater frustrations. Work-life balance could also be a struggle at times.
