Invisible offers interesting part-time remote work that pays decently for people with advanced degrees. I worked here for only a few months before starting graduate school. The company is filled lots of really smart and nice people. I never had any problems with the staff while I was there.

This is a company where hard work pays off. Titles do not determine value, contribution, collaboration, and impact do. We ask for forgiveness more than we ask for permission. We focus on solving problems, not complaining about them. Feedback is unfiltered because a mutual sense of respect and desire to succeed is taken for granted. This company is not yet a concept. It's still made up of people who cannot be attached to titles and roles. These professional structures still flex based on how we identify and define value for our clients and agents. Responding to this double sided marketplace value is the north star. As such, this is not a stable work environment. It's dynamic. It is not a good fit for those looking for predictability above all else.
