Pros

The hours are flexible and the clients are interesting to work with.

Cons

Little/no care for contractor roles, which make up the bulk of the workforce and receive no benefits or even a sense of job security from the company. Regions and individuals are constantly let go without warning in order to keep their workforce cheap. Management is a revolving door which makes abrupt changes in order to keep clients and show no interest in supporting their actual workers. Things have taken a massive dive in quality the last year and I would stay clear if you are looking at a contractor role here.

Pros

- New CEO is bringing a clearer product and tech vision. We’re becoming more engineering-led and building momentum in the AI/automation space - If you are a builder, you can have a big impact here; there’s room to own things end-to-end and take on projects outside your typical area of responsibility - Smart, nice, mission-driven people who genuinely want to push AI research forward and solve real-world problems - You’ll learn a lot, fast and have many opportunities to lead

Cons

- Lots of change in the org structure and way of working over the last few months, which can be a bit stressful along with fast pace - Processes are still catching up to growth/change, so there’s some chaos at times - Shift towards engineering focus means some roles outside tech are less central than before
