      Challenging work, great client base.

      Cons

      The CEO is one of the most cold and callous leaders. He thinks only in risk and shows 0 trust in his directs and employees. No one can be hired unless he “approves”. For a business processing company, they are pretty useless in doing anything efficiently. They blow money on hiring useless strategists that can’t deliver anything tangible to the company. The culture is draining down hill. People are mad, burnt out, and turning on each other. The company preaches ownership/partnership but treats people worse than the average company.

      Pros

      You're surrounded by a smart group of people working from literally anywhere in the world. 100% remote. You're in the kitchen of AI training which is fascinating.

      Cons

      As any hyper growth tech company, things can get messy. Lots of moving parts, with too many new people deciding important things.

      Punctual payments, flexible schedule and you can work from wherever you want, the job depending on the project is inreresting

      Cons

      It's a freelance job. No stabilityxprojects are terminated from one day to another or you receive a bad feedback because education materials and support were missing.
