Horrible People Managing Teams especially Everest

Remote work is probably the only positive thing but that can be done at most other companies

Cons

1- Toxic work environment within teams 2- Unfair treatment by the management within the teams and personal grudges against the agent operators 3- Senior leads ganging up with the management within teams and intimidate and influence their decisions. 4- Incompetent people placed as directors and Senior Lead positions 5- Poor conduct and poor communication/interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) by the newer members of management within teams
