Pros

The culture, they're nice, they're kind, they really see people as people. They are eager to teach you do the job and guide you when you learn from your mistakes.

Cons

You're a contractor and have to do your own Taxes and do not get healthcare. I wish they would not do the unlimited PTO because in the time Ive worked there my hours have been too inconsistent for to decipher how much PTO is ok for me to take so Ive taken none. They should do a MINIMUM of PTO so people are FORCED to relax and thus come back and actually be refreshed and be as productive as they truly can be.

Pros

They have a user-friendly payment platform.

Cons

They provide confusing information during the onboarding process with no clear instructions or immediate supervisors. The way they promote their job offers is misleading and unclear. To sign you up for a project, they describe deceptive scenarios and fire employees with little notice.

Pros

You get to work with some amazing brilliant people

Cons

The whole infrastructure is rotten, and the best they can do about it is to rename positions every year. They have analysts do manager's job and managers do director's job. Data-driven decisions do not exist here - it's all about the vibes and personal connections. Work/life balance is non-existent. If you're an employee, you work 70-80 hours a week because "everyone is stretched thin" so you will be too. "Promotion" from contractor to employee often comes with a pay cut. If you are a contractor, stay a contractor. Different departments do not communicate to each other. Documentation is extremely disorganized. Nothing is standardized. Every account, every department has a person that "everything depends on" and if they're not online, everything breaks. US employee benefits are laughable. They don't even match 401K. They'll tell you about annual pay raise, but it has never happened.
