Punctual payments, flexible schedule and you can work from wherever you want, the job depending on the project is inreresting

Cons

It's a freelance job. No stabilityxprojects are terminated from one day to another or you receive a bad feedback because education materials and support were missing.

Pros

- unique culture where everyone is encouraged to act like owners. The result is that the team are highly motivated & always looking for new ways to improve or innovate - competitive & transparent pay - with meaningful equity options - flexible remote working, with opportunities to meet people in person (I'm off to New York from London for a work trip!)

Cons

With any fast growth company there are growing pains as the companies operations are catching up with the rapid growth. If you're someone who likes a lot of structure and processes laid out then this might not be the right time in our journey for you to join. The current growth phase is better suited to people comfortable operating in ambiguity and are happy to help build new processes.
