Pros
At Invisible, I actually feel l am given the responsibility and ownership of the problems in my purview and empowered to solve them. When given that amount of trust, I feel equipped to work with members across the company to bring those solutions into reality. Because of that, work here is actually fulfilling, since I go from problem conceptualization to solution implementation and see meaningful change.
Cons
As an entirely remote company, it can be difficult to be balance work and other areas of my life here, especially when there's always something more to be done. I don't think is particularly an "Invisible-specific" problem, but it's worth calling out.
