      Pros

      Invisible offers interesting part-time remote work that pays decently for people with advanced degrees. I worked here for only a few months before starting graduate school. The company is filled lots of really smart and nice people. I never had any problems with the staff while I was there.

      Cons

      Starting up was a little awkward. When I was there communication between management and the trainers was not always clear. Projects would change directions very often but that could also be seen as a good thing for people who don't like doing the same thing all the time.

      Interesting projects to work on Extremely smart leaders

      Cons

      Compensation is terrible, benefits are almost nonexistent Leaders are shrewd from a business standpoint to globalize the workforce (90% of employees are non-US), but that also means that US staff who are not leading the organization are paid low low low wages
