      Pros

      Management and pay was fair enough.

      Cons

      Worst HR (People Team). Never get involved with them. You will be treated unfairly. Everything is based on their side. They will pretend to hear you out but it will feel like an interrogation. They are rude but when there is a higher ops around the tone changes. They will make you feel like a criminal. They say its a safe place but it never felt safe.

      The initial pay was good but then the conditions changed

      The training takes forever and it's not paid. I was hired for a certain pay but the project ended in two days and the other projects I was offered were 2-4x less paid....
