      A fast-paced work environment with great professional opportunities, extremely aligned incentives, tight-knit culture, and highly motivated employees. The company has been growing rapidly and the future is very exciting. Ownership and accountability run deep in the company culture, but in a way that feels supportive, not austere. There's a strong emphasis on learning and self improvement both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      The fast pace and the level of accountability may be challenging for some people. Invisible isn't going to be a good fit for someone who wants to quietly slot into a low-visibility 9-5 job, but it's a great fit for somebody who wants to accelerate their learning and responsibility while building something exciting.
