      Toxic Culture and Poor Management

      Pros

      Remote work allows you to work from anywhere. Not too much work going around so light workload.

      Cons

      Very volatile, back-stabbing culture, extremely toxic, poor management. No growth. Senior leadership are not technical and no focus - frequently lie to employees about ARR.

      Pros

      I've never worked at a job where I could work so well with the people Invisible hired. The work schedule is very flexible and the team has been great overall. They've also allowed us to structure the team that works best with the people who operate on the ground.

      Cons

      The pay is not up to par for the AIT work that we do, all the way to the Operation Manager level. No bonus or stock options. Leads from outside the US are grossly underpaid, sometimes lower than what an operator in the US makes but are responsible for more.

      Pros

      Remote work and flexible schedule, you're able to make your own hours

      Cons

      Do not apply to this company. You will waste your time working hard only to be dropped like a fly. Feedback for how to improve working experience is consistently ignored. Management will breathe down your neck when this helps no one and only lowers morale and motivation. There's a cult-like mentality among upper management as well.
