Pros
I worked with many talented but friendly software engineers who were also curious to keep learning more. In general, most people I worked with were really motivated and focused on doing work that would ultimately serve clients or other internal teams. Despite the hype around LLMs in the industry as a whole, I really appreciated that my colleagues were willing to think critically about when, and even if, LLMs would be needed when solving specific problems.
Cons
The business direction was unclear. People felt overworked.
