Pros

fast paced environment with a scope of innovation within the media ad-sales industry. Driven and talented team.

Cons

it is a highly volatile company with a high degree of dependence on short term revenue. Critical product knowledge is siloed.Has a rather poor onboarding process and serious lack of knowledge share. There is a lot of talk about collaboration but much less in action.General attitude in the company is reactive rather than proactive. Much of it can be blamed on overworked employees that are spread thin between numerous initiatives.

Pros

There is a clear focus for the company on customer satisfaction and innovating on the current products. Unbelievable set of customers they are building on and are in the middle of some exciting new markets with addressable advertising.

Cons

There has been a focus on bringing in quality leadership and changing the culture. That is always a challenge but so far most everyone has been embracing it.

Pros

Very knowledgeable people that are well-respected within their market space and that are very passionate about their product. Striving to be a more professional software development shop.

Cons

You really need to know the cable, broadcast, syndication advertising space well if you want to be successful and accepted within the culture. Striving to be a more professional software development shop.
