Had its ups and downs. Now back on track.

Pros

Allowed flexibility to work from home. Pay is good, but you need to ask for raises. Management is very approachable.

Cons

Can be long hours. Management often overcommits.Whichever client complains most recently is the one that gets attention. Employees are left working overtime to deliver everything that was promised.

Pros

decent pay, good benefits, some people are really nice. Use agile methodologies and stick to them.

Cons

populated with oldtimers, dont accept new ideas, resistant to new technologies, afraid to change/improve what works. Tons of attitude and politics.
