Pros

Great in the beginning, with all the excess perks and bonuses.

Cons

Should have seen the writing on the wall with all the excess bonuses... as this and all of the excessive spending on ridiculous, nonsense, outsourced services was what helped to the demise of the company.

Hard working Individual contribuitors. Dedicated teammates and project managers who get stuff done A good mission to rally behind

Cons

Absolutely terrible upper management. No clear objectives. No clear priorities. No clear strategy. No communication for years. Cannot keep or attract talent with terrible practices for salaries. No Respect for workers. Bloated with projects with terrible ideas on how to reduce costs. Competing projects that are duplicating efforts because people don't talk to each other.
