Competing priorities, unorganized teams, and bad team leads!

The benefits are great, and this is a group of really talented and kind people, overall. Depending on the department/team, this could be a good fit for others.
Cons
In my time here, I was bounced from project to project and asked to step up in all of my roles with no change in my compensation. I was not given the tools to succeed at my job, and was frequently gaslighted when I spoke up or asked for help. When I was given a raise, trust me when I say it was laughable. Additionally, despite my years of experience, newcomers with no experience whatsoever were being brought on with the same compensation. I am highly disappointed with my time here, seeing as that I started with high hopes and optimism, along with an expectation that hard and good work are rewarded.
