Pros

OT, PTO. Benefits and bonuses. Opportunities for internal rating and reviews, but nothing changed or seemed to make a difference with corporate.

Cons

No work/life balance. Be prepared for an unreasonable amount of work and lots of stress and pressure. Bonuses are based on reports with regular IT issues which would off-set reports and other data. Throw in some AI and human errors due to the overworked employees cutting corners and making stressed mistakes. And not having enough data for the AI to populate input correctly for the agent to accurately respond to customer inquiries.

Thank you for taking the time to share such honest and detailed feedback. While we’re glad to hear you found value in our OT/PTO/benefits and bonus programs, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with workload, stress, and the challenges around data accuracy and system reliability. Your comments about work/life balance and feeling unheard are important and they’re not taken lightly. We know that real improvement starts by listening to the people doing the work every day, and this is a reminder of how much better we can be at creating space for that input, especially before making changes that directly impact our teams. We're working to strengthen our systems, improve cross-functional communication, and reduce friction in day-to-day responsibilities, but we clearly have more work to do. Feedback like yours helps guide those conversations and keep us focused on what matters most—our people. Thank you again for sharing.

Pros

Manage your own time, flexibility with work life balance, salary is great compared to work load, work vehicle

Cons

Work experience doesn’t seem to be transferable into other fields, managers move upward career wise but others don’t seem to move as quickly, technology could be better and it feels like they’re behind the times in some ways

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear you appreciate the flexibility, competitive salary, and the benefit of having a work vehicle. Providing a good work-life balance is something we strive for, so it's rewarding to know that it's making a difference. We also value your comments on areas for improvement. While some roles may not directly transfer to other fields, we’re continuously exploring opportunities to enhance skill-building and career progression for all associates.

Pros

Company pays competitive wages and good bonuses. The higher you are at the company, the better the bonus percentage. Good 401K matching, and it's immediate.

Cons

It's important to acknowledge that while the company overall has many strengths, the culture within specific departments can vary. It's beneficial to be mindful of this, especially considering the company's size and visibility, as your actions are being observed and noted.
