The job be fun if the job fits your skills and interests. I was lucky to have a great GM.

Cons

Underpaid, No 401k match, poor health benefits, little paid time off, disconnection between clubs and overhead (useful change is slow), no bonuses...

Pros

Large company with a great network of people. There would be lots of opportunity to move up within the organziation if anyone would choose to stay that long. Few rarely can stand it long enough to move up.

Cons

Company is too large for upper management to be able to recognize it employees at the individual clubs. These are the people that make it happen. These are the people that provide the service for the members of the clubs that make up this company. When they do have to pay out a bonus or incentive program they find a way to not pay the maximum you have earned.
