Good benefits and very generous PTO and sick time. Understanding management that treats you like a human and not a robot. Some good people to work with. Optional overtime.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked at times. No opportunity for growth, at least for myself.

Shifting work trends meant our jobs all got outsourced. I'd still be there, and would like to have retired with them, but we all got left behind.
