Unique scheduling makes it easier to work there.

Horrible Plant Manager Soft Supervisors that care about there employees but won’t step up when needed.

Can smoke right outside the door and do not have to stand 25ft away from the building.

Cons

Leaking roof and raw sewage coming up from the drains. Sunk cost in all of the equipment.
