-Management seems to cower to subordinates. Main headquarters seems out-of-sync with satellite production facilities.

Pros

Interesting mix of customers; ability to work independently.

Cons

Poor management; unhappy and unfulfilled work force; every decision has to be made by a few people and everyone else is unable to make important decisions. No formal review process so you never get feedback on your work performance.

Pros

Ionbond is an excellent source of experience for myself as a leader and also as a worker in a new environment. Diversity in the machines at the work place allowed for numerous cross training opportunities. Working overtime was encouraged and help is always a few paces or a phone call away.

Cons

Alike any work place environment conflicts involving lack of training and communication could lead to negative situations. Although this is true, with each conflict grew a learning experience, well equipping me with the ability to handle similar problems in the future.
