      Flexibility in work schedule. Family owned business. Great staff and management. Generous to community.

      Pros

      I would say the wages, benefits, family events, such as adventureland, state fair, meat give aways are just a start to the pros. Very family orientated place to work.

      Cons

      I would say a con would have to be the smell of pigs. :) i worked in maintenance and the only con would have to be, your always working by your self.
