      Pros

      Working with the animals is great, great people besides upper management. The family days are great.

      Cons

      The long hours when it's only salary. Don't ever expect to get out at your 8 hours. How is that suppose to happen when your short people. Your short people because you don't pay your employees what they are worth. You set high goals to achieve but aren't actually the hands on workers. Then when it's down to the deadline let's push our employees and show no appreciation or even acknowledgment for going above and beyond.

      Pros

      Constant work good benefits over all I like the work and the company was not bad and my coworkers were cool

      Cons

      My farm was not close and I had plenty of days working over 8 hours on salary and after 5 years new people was getting just as much as me and I could do almost anything on the farm

      The benefits are really good and the family fun days are nice I like working with and taking care of all the pigs

      Cons

      Will probably be working long hours sows can be real mean and stubborn to work with gets really hot in the barn
