Pros

I came into the organization without having much experience. IPRO invested in me and gave me opportunities to learn new things. They invested in me and made me feel part of the team on day 1.

Cons

I can't think of any. I left to stay home with my family

Pros

Interesting industry, some fun people, and nice office space. Company has potential to do well. If you know what you're getting into, it's a good place to learn about the industry. Some improvements are beginning to take shape in engineering.

Cons

Technology and process improvement gains could be wiped out by lack of trust, buy-in, and teamwork. Some unprofessional backstabbing and mocking by new people are not helping. Doesn't have to be that way at all. That said, you could do a lot worse than Ipro as an employer.

Pros

Really great people. A company that genuinely supports employee development and mentoring. Collaborative approach towards work and problem solving.

Cons

Sometimes chooses to prioritize speed over quality when setting and trying to meet development deadlines. Communication between departments and teams is not as smooth as it should be.
