Company gives all facilities but not given values to our employees.

Cons

1. If employee complains like client behaviour is not good towards employees trying to create toxic environment they are not going to listen your words just they are going to tell you like put your paper and take your salary 2. Worst working environment 3. Totally depends on clients feedback

Iris is a great place to work with employee centric policies. They have good work culture and work environment, promotes new ideas. People are very welcoming and support new employees. They have several training programs for growth and upskilling also promotes certifications as well. They really have very good maternity benefits and policies.
