      IRIS is brilliant place to work and good growth potential. Amazing people (Top level Management, HR Team, Managers , HRBP Team & Colleagues) and hard working together.

      Cons

      It’s too early but as per my understanding in 2+months. Work life balance because of client expectations. Functional KT sessions from the client can be improved.
