I am writing this review after spending 6 months in the organization. Starting from the on- boarding process, IRIS has been very professional and transparent in all the dealings. A company's brand is built by the way it deals with its customers, both internal & external and IRIS is very professional & transparent in dealing with both. Management is approachable and listens to you. My manager (Sudipta Ma'm) made sure that I was comfortable during my initial days and gave me space to adjust with the team and organization. A special mention is required for the way employees have been dealt with during the COVID-19 pandemic. IRIS has taken great care of the employees. Company has ensured that the employees remain safe. This reflects a company's culture and values. Great management, good organisation values, transparent salary structure, employee friendly policies, good culture, approachable HR. In all a great company to work with.
