This company is one of the lowest paying in its industry for my position or any other role. There is a lot of politics and favoritism is very obvious. Family members is put into managerial roles without experience bypassing those long-standing employees. I feel for those long-standing employees. They must be frustrated all their years waiting for advancement in their career. Definitely do not stay for long here or do not work here at all.

I was so excited to work at IRIS, I soon realized that despite their competitive salary + free breakfast, it was a really hard place to work. It's almost impossible to work for a company when the management team is unprofessional, plays favoritism and treats hardworking recruiters poorly. Not much room for growth if that's what you're looking for.
