After joining you may or may not get relevant interview opportunity and you may get around 2-3 months on bench on which you can get around 4-5 interview based on your tech skill but i have seen many new joiner siting on bench with good interview but client told them they could not process due to some reason and this could happen for multiple clients. Also tech skill mapping is not good by workforce management.
