1. The company has divided employees into two groups — one group is permitted to work from home, while the other is required to work from the office forcefully. 2. Employees are mandatorily asked to report to the office on fixed days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday). Failure to attend on these days results in salary deductions without prior warning. 3. The office has limited parking facilities, forcing employees to park their vehicles outside, which exposes them to risks such as damage and theft. 4. Salary hikes provided each year are minimal, offering little motivation or reward for employee contributions. 5. Harass employees who are from Delhi/NCR.
