      Pros

      You will get salary at time. However, do not know if that will continue in future as office was seized in a very recent Income Tax raid

      Cons

      1. No job security at all, people are asked to leave anytime. 2. Cost cutting only for the employees, but management enjoys all the benefits. In TAG especially our group head in US is given a prince like treatment on his quarterly visit to India, he travels in business classes stays in 5 star hotels and enjoy every luxury. However, employees after 2 years are getting 2-5 percent hike. 3. Favouritism at its peak. Join iris to learn office politics. 4. Due to not paying taxes employees incentives are not kept on hold and it's employees that are facing issues due to offensive done by the management.
