None. There is nothing good about this firm.

Cons

They will hold your offer till last day and you will suddenly get a call that position has been putted on-hold. They will persuade you to not take offer from somewhere else and didn't even thought about once before cancelling your offer. DO NOT GET IN TO THIS TRAP.
