Most of the employees were decent.

Cons

The management is a bit slow in responding to changes, and it often frustrate the employees. You will never run out of things to do here. The pay is low as compared to the work I was asked to do. So, not a great experience overall.

Small and easy to manage teams.

Cons

Although the clients pay nicely and the company earns well, they are not ready to share the profits. The employees need to work beyond their limits more than they like, and this makes them hates the managers. Also, leave policy needs to be improved.
