Pros

if working with a company at the forefront of their respective industry sounds appealing to you, I'd highly recommend applying to Iris. The projects are never mundane, I've been able to work with some premiere clients, and management is there to help, not criticize. it's the best job I've had in a long time, and that's not even considering the fact the earning potential is huge too.

Cons

Long hours can be required at times.
