Hire and Fire Culture – No Job Security

1. Timely salary payments. 2. Exposure to client environments. 3. Opportunities to work on varied technologies (if lucky with project allocation).

Cons

1. Hire and fire culture – employees are removed without proper notice or reason. 2. Absolutely no job security, especially for bench or unallocated employees. 3. Lack of transparency in management decisions. 4. No proper career planning or learning support. 5. HR and leadership show little regard for employee well-being.
