Not enough projects in the organization

Good Leave policy Good working environment

Cons

You will have to cross skill as they don't have enough projects for same skills. Clients do not renew the contract often. I think sales teams suck as I don't see new clients joining Iris every few months. No onsite opportunity. Most projects are in shift timings
